ControlPoint Surveying, Inc. was tasked by Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Care Center to provide a full master plan topographical map. The deliverable was to include all structures, pedestrian paths, vehicular access and parking lots, to depict all major landscape improvements, soft and hard scapes. Included in the deliverable map were contours in 2′ intervals indicating major drainage flows and/or any rock cropping or other natural geological features on the mountainside. Also included were the heights of eaves and/or tops of parapets from differentiating grades.

We worked with Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center in completing priority areas for our deliverable, as the aggregate site was in process where there were three sites within the compound that needed to be completed to enable Waianae Coast Comprehensive Center to progress on intended improvements.
